you need sublim ink to press a mouse pad?? Can you use pigment ink?

Yes but you need sublimation inks which are expensive. Not everyone has sublimation equipment.

this is good BUT jet pro is expensive normaly this kind of transfer paper they use for light t shirt so imagine the price for the jet pro compare to sublimation paper and sublimation ink  that penetrate inside the material.....

Is this paper like a weeding paper or is there an outline?

you need to cut around inmage. The outline is the paper coasting. Only use on white fabric

just pressed my first mousepad with JPSS transfer and it came out nicely...i need a stretchy transfer for darks now.
