Meh. Opinions differed. I was little when I played all these games. So you know...the music didn't matter much at that age. Now though, I like both the japanese songs and english songs. At least Hikari and Simple and Clean was just a translated song. My Hands and the Japanese song in ffxiii were also good...the japanese onr would go bettet in the game, but i like to listen to both on my ipod or somrthin. FFX is just pure awesomeness. Nuff said.

What the hell? FFX was awesome, I hope your talking about FFX-2 because that was the worst FF game. FFX was awesome, and ranks as one of the most popular FF games for that very reason. You don't see people cosplaying Vivi, Zidane, Vaan ect. Even a fraction as much as you see characters from FFX. Heck, I've seen Waka more than anyone from 1-6. And what about XI? Who even played that? But seriously, this was funny. I like that song, but it doesn't fit with the FF genre at all.

Nothing like fanboys liking a song just because it's made in japan. If you can't understand the language--one which the singing voices tend to be needlessly high pitched, sung from the nose, and without any soul to it. Japanese music tends to be horrible due to the majority not singing from the diaphragm. Leona Lewis does just that, has a clear and beautiful singing voice, and sings it from the soul.

The only reason fanboys like japanese music better is simply because they are fan boys.

There is a difference between singing, and yelling. While Louis can indeed sing, she sometimes gets carried away and goes off on the later. I like the song, but it doesn't match the game, or the genre, but then again, neither did FFXIII. So whatever, additionally, maybe you should listen to more Japanese music before making generalizations, not all of them sing like they're trying to sound like they're 12, but I do agree, many of them do. There are a lot o' pedos over there.

When you translate Japanese music directly over to English, it sounds really....flowery. I don't know if you've even done any direct translations, but it ends up sounding really, REALLY weird, it also doesn't have the same beat. I like Japanese music because they don't mimic what America is doing with their music, it's different, and I don't really like it when they translate it because it looses that uniqueness and becomes more grey, bland Americanized sound.

that means simple and clean as well, simple and clean was the same version as the jap but sung in our own language by the same musician who sang the japanese version. So by no means can you degrade that song.
