“The taxpayer next argues that wages are not income but an exchange of property. As money is property and labor is property, so his argument goes, his work for wages is a non-taxable exchange of property. Wrong again. Wages are income...The argument that they are not has been rejected so frequently that the very raising of it justifies the imposition of sanctions.”
people are fooled by theyr ignorance of history and speech...its a dirty trick thats been pulled in the supposed land of the free...people are so used to being submissive to what they percieve as the authorities, they dont even question it... it all stems from the stupidity and ignorance of the american people...theyr brainwashed into accepting slavery and calling it freedom.. i cant believe vast amounts of people arent outraged...its as if a magical spell has been placed on them
He only beat the criminal charges because he convinced the jury that he BELIEVED he owed no taxes. They also believed he had some emotional problems and a few screws loose, which is pretty obvious anyhow.
The court rejected EVERY ONE of his legal and constitutional arguments re: taxes, and is in the process of collectng, civilly, about 1.5M from him, and is now filing against him for 2002-07. He'll lose, as always.
Tom Cryer won his case in tax court after they destroyed his life ten years on. Court disallowed him to show ANY evidence, he won by speaking his case.
@beckweth everyone should take notice of this and watch these videos and read the important secitons of the tax code so you can recite them in court if and when you are prosocuted by the IRS.
Cryer is an idiot - the Supreme Court did define constitutional income but Cryer refuses to learn what the SCOTUS defined because that would destroy his argument.
The SCOTUS defined income as ascessions to wealth in 1955, which of course includes wages and salaries, which the SCOTUS declared the income tax on wages and salaries as constitutional in Pollock 1895.
The SCOTUS also said that 'Constitutional arguments' are not defenses in tax cases in the Cheek case 1991.
People, what everyone needs to do is learn EXACTLY what the code says, and this is very important, HOW it says it. The code IS constitutional, yet taxing your private sector, unprivileged receipts is not. So, how can this be? You have told, and have allowed others to tell the Government your pay IS taxable so they tax you. How the hell did I do that you say? Find out the way I did. Excellent. And I hope this fine man understands that he needs to be vigilant for his safety. Nothing will make the crime network who run the IRS/IMF more murderous than exposing their fraudulent theft-mode to the sheeple.
I did research this more after the show was posted and found out that old Tommy here is a 32 degree freemason, you think that had anything to do with him winning the case?
yeah, . . . in the 80s, just before his IRS trial in US District Court, in Portland Oregon, Don Pallet--a big mason--told an audience that, he had "a brother" on his jury, telling us that, there wasn't really anything to worry about--he'd be all right. And sure enough, . . . "not guilty", . . . so, . . . But I did want to say, don't get mixed up in groups, 'cause, when martial law is declared, just like the raided NCBA, those membership lists, e-mail lists, will be most useful--it warn't pretty.
ben frank said no democracy lasts more than 100years that's part of why him and others made a constitutional republic cause in a full fledged democracy you can vote away foundation rules rights and laws and who the god is the country honours
You are only liable for income taxes if you are a federal employee (civilian gov't, military, etc). This includes monies from the gov't, like Social Security and Medicare.
I have to dispute this, unfortunately. There are two other groups that are liable to pay 'income taxes'. That is, aliens who come to work in the US and anyone who is invested in a federal privilege.
The employee part is for Subtitle C 'Employment' taxes. Which in that case, government employees would be correct.
Income as presented in 'subtitle A' includes compensation for 'employees', aliens working in the US and profit severed from capitol in a federal privilege.
Doesn't sound like a dispute to me. My whole point is the regular "Joe plumber" isn't supposed to be required, especially with their bullshit "voluntary compliance".
I just don't want people to walk into a court room with incorrect information on the subject. You're argument is with 'income tax', but using an 'employment tax' rules.
There is a lot of pitfalls that the courts will tear you up on, and 'only government employees need to pay income taxes' is a big one, because it isn't true and your case would be dead using it.

Rational arguments don't usually work on Truthies.
Otherwise, there would be no Truthies.

I wish you could have heard the burst of laughter that just exploded upon my reading of your comment.
Yeah, that sure could have stacked the deck.
Or maybe he just chanted "supercalifragisticexpialidocious" at the judge and jury? :D
Peace, good person. :)

There are PLENTY of cases that have been won now, it is gaining momentum. The "employment tax" doesn't slide and has NO foundation.
