I couldn't even begin to classify this band. Like it's not just death metal, because it's so melodic. It's not just black metal, because it's so heavy. It has progressive elements, but this band is far from Dream Theater. Incredible band. The Quebecois make incredible music.

i've been reading the comments on here. and im just saying but the way i feel is that you shouldn't compare these bands really, because even though they are similiar they are very differenent styles of metal. but i feel that overall augury is much better, because they have their sound down, they know how to arrange songs much better, and the songs end up flowing better. where as the faceless end up being a little too all over the place, and chaotic for no reason at all. even when it doesn't work
