  • ~___~ "~" "___" ¿ __ ¿.d-.-b d[*__*]b .

  • sick

  • Really good!

  • KInda reminds me of Explosions In the Sky

  • Nice melodic ideas - really enjoyed it.

  • Fripp-ish... or Belew-ish :) ... like it

  • @andreabubus 'King Crimson-ish'

  • i like your sound

  • I likt it!

    Nice greets

    Uli

  • Heh. Nice. A bit more melodic than my attempts. How can you be so accurate with your timing without a beat of some sort? Don't tell me you're watching a light blink on one of your pedals!?

  • hey man what settings are u using on the nova for the dotted 8 delay.??

  • @guitarchox I don't know anymore, but I usually go for a rather dark tone with modulated delays.

  • @guitarchox

That sound great! Really enjoy your playing... the ol' looper is great fun. Keep it up....cheers

  • Sounds really good. That technique sounds similar to an ebow? Kind of U2'ish.

    Very nice.

  • 0:19 that sounds like a bass, what effect did you use to get it?

  • how did you do that sound at 0:52...? is it a specific effect?

  • @kelby810 That's the Digitech Whammy in the 2 octaves up position. I'm fading the notes in with the volume pedal.

  • Goed bezig dude

  • Wow! Great playing and feel, I could listen to that for hours... I'm about to buy a delay pedal for my electro-acoustic and the Hardwire seems to have the edge on the DD7 that was top of my list.

  • sick!

  • Dude, how do you set the vp jr to control the whammy???

  • @eddyjok I don't actually.

  • @Evertzeevalkink I´m sorry, i just realizad you´re just doing volume swells. Really liked it! congrats!

  • Yes, you're brilliant ;)

  • really great

i love your use of effects - very tasteful

    5 stars

  • grolsch rubber washers, the best strap locks of all time!

  • Accept no substitute!

  • Hey-great stuff. What kind of loop pedal are you using? You don't mention it above and I can't see it in the video. Thanks!

  • The looper I'm using is the Digitech Hardwire DL-8 Delay/Looper.

  • What type of cable and plugs are you using on your board? It looks like they may be solderless plugs. If they are solderless, are you realizing any tone loss or negative effects? Are you enjoying the sound? Have you had to rewire any of the plugs? Thanks.

  • I use solderless George L cables. I'm quite pleased with them. No toneloss as far as I know and the minimum amount of cable length possible. Haven't had to rewire any of the plugs yet.

  • @Evertzeevalkink Your going to experience more loss of tone due to the amount of pedals you run at once. That Whammy is a tone-sucker!

  • True. That's the reason I put the whammy in a true bypass loop, so I can take it out of the chain when I don't need it.

Overall I'm pretty pleased with how little tone loss I experience. The Nova Delay is actually one of the more noisy pedals on my bord. A little bit of a letdown considering how new the design is.

  • LUV it. And a cheery melody to boot!

  • Drooling.

  • Very good -- most players who have so many pedals on their boards don't produce stuff that's, well, "musical."

This vid is a very good demonstration of what you can do with a plethora of effects and still sound very "musical."

    Well done !!

  • dude i love your telecaster.

  • Outstanding, great playing, and incredible sounds!

  • From 2:38 to 4:48, are you just playing a clean guitar lead with reverb? Are there any other pedals being used in that time period? I really enjoyed your playing.

  • Actually there are a couple of pedals on besides the reverb. First the BD-2 set for a little drive, then the Keeley Comp, then the MI Audio Blues Pro adding only a little bit of gain and boosting the mids a bit, then the reverb and finally the TC Nova Delay.

  • EXCELLENT!!!

  • HI! Nice loop and playing. Which pedal is working from 2.00, the rotary part? The vibratrem or the Boss RT-20? Best regards.

  • That's the RT-20! Nice pedal in my opinion.

  • Unfortunately time is limited and teaching is low on my priority list, so making a separate video of how I pick is not an option I'm afraid (there's nothing special about it anyway). But tell me which part causes you trouble and maybe I can help you out with words.

  • Erg leuk gedaan man!
