@LegoDennis66 have to do the death knight quests. thats how you get your gear and talent points. and it takes like 2 hours to do them all.

This was during the beta for wotlk and the quest had only been patched in that day, so everyone was trying to do it at the same time lol.

no its not! lol! only n00bs say that, this quest is the easiest of all of them, all you do is attack patchwork and kite him to the entrance where the guards are let the guards tank and spank him, they gain aggro then you just burn him down, simple as that! and the rest is straight forward

all good, when i first did it i knew right away what to do and how, it sucked because all the other sboms would meat hook me in every direction, but by the time i was at 25% patchwerk was already aggro'd by the guards, death grip was my first way of gaining aggro, fucking meat hooks

yes i did it like 3 times and each time i wasnt the person that started the fight and i keep getting credit. so it's really cool

i cant kill him. he hits faster then im getting healed and theres no one to come with me. i dont know why but hes hitting like 6k on me and i only have 21k hp with the buff and im dead before hes even 80% down

very easy just stay near the death knight npcs and use death grip then stay near the death knight npc's and u will win

This was during the beta, the Death knight went through a lot of changes before it was released so I guess they changed the level for it.

After conquering the Ebon Hold, Darion Mograin will tell you about your past and what you used to be, before you became a death knight. He tells you that you once were a hero of the Alliance or Horde (whatever you choose to play) and he also tells you that you have to represent the Knights of the Ebon Blade. He sents you to Stormwind / Orgrimmar with a letter from Tirion Fordring which contains the truth about the incident on the Light's hope Chapel Nice story line indeed.

ya u get insane buffs fighting this guy,although its eas u still needa regen your hp,via multi mob dps which u heal on hit,i solo'd this first try no prob,lowest i got was probally 65%..fun quest though but stoped my dk at lvl 63 to work on my mage

Yeah, i believe you get that sword after completing the Light's Hope Chapel quest. By the time you get to Outland all of your gear will be blues (rare).

so im confused what exactly happen as far as i know arthus sent all the death knights at lights hope chapel knowing fully that they would die cuz he wanted to resurrect someone and know you decide to fight the lich king but what ever side your on starts of unfreandly is that about it lol

After killing a few Scourge, you are sent to Orgrimmar/Stormwind, to take a letter to your faction's leader. You are marked unfriendly by your faction because of your rep with the Lich King, and the Scourge, but once you've proven yourself to your leaders, you become friendly to your faction again.

Yep, after that quest you can go back to Ebon hold where Darion Mograine then gives you a quest to take it back from the scourge.
