@Sa967St You get better at blockbuilding the more you practice. There really isn't that much MU in roux. However muchmuchmuch more than and other method.

Wish i could slow it down to catch the fingertricks..i need to get smoother and faster on my M moves...i hate those edge flips...lol (H perm and Z perm) Have tried the other alg for them, but they don't feel 'natural'.

I don't like it. Its a bit shorter than the one I use, but my Ms are slow. I like to use just M' and U/U2

nope, I don't orient edges in BLD. I only use the 2-edge flip if some edges are flipped to begin with.
