  • well first youre never suppost to dc with legs,especially free weight squat.But if you did that weight was to light for you,you should never get 13 on any of your sets

  • @gmanthebeast1 First of all, he did legs the right way. 1 heavy set- even though the reps were a little high. then 1 widowmaker- 20 reps. Thats how Quads are trainined in DC

  • Fantastic squats. I have a lingering MCL issue and don't even like to bend down to tie my shoes without neoprene on. They just provide a tiny bit of pressure and warmth, but I couldn't squat without them.

    Looks like your knees are rotating in about an inch during the ascent every other rep or so. That could be causing your tendon pain. It is very slight. Just a thought.

  • if you ask me...if you are aiming for a bodybuilding look.you should stop training legs so often..you have pretty big legs..they make you look small..

    focus on your upper body train it more frecuently..

  • If you'd rather do without Knee Wraps then try the APT Knee Sleeves or the new EliteFTS Knee Sleeves. They've give you some spring and support but won't be as powerful as wraps.
