Whoever thinks the kinect copied this are stupid or haven't played both. The kinect is a 3D sensor which is HUGE difference first of all and the kinect hasn't even shown people half of the things it can do. It has face recognition and everything, it can copy your actual body and put it in xbox 360 avatar form and my favourite is it an automatically sign you in with the face recognition. The Kinect it nothing like the eye toy and people who think it copied it are dumbasses.

Great that this kind of technology made it into our homes at an affordable price though, no matter how original/unoriginal.

Kinect actually is way different than this.all eyetoy does is put a mirror image of you in the screen. And then all you do is try to catch stuff . Kinect actually buts you in the game with an avatar and has you do cool stuff. Not catch little monkeys.

it dosnt use real motion detecting yes it detects motion but see you have to pose first before u play bcuz it has to recognize t\your hand head and any parts while natal use real motion sensing

@1pollo100 no it just uses a usb port but i think you would need your ps3 to be backward compatible with ps2 games unless you have a ps2 then your fine but you must be warned that they only released like only 20 games for it in north america

Alright, yes Sony did make use of a camera for game play before Microsoft but you also gotta think Sony only made it 2D as in it tracks your Horizontal and Vertical movement, Which was pretty amazing for its time. Microsoft took it a step further by making it 3D as in it tracks your Vertical, Horizontal, and Distance from the Camera which is a modern illiteration of a formerly revolutionary technology .
