Go to a place where a weapon spawns. Get rid of the weapon and have everyone holding a weapon different than the spawn weapon (e.g. go to sniper and have guys with shotties). Have everyone hold e or x while waiting for the weapon to spawn. When it spawns, one will get the weapon, the other will have no weapon.
