This has nothing to do with The Velvet Underground, it's Lou Reed on his own, from his first solo album Lou Reed (1972) done in England, with no member of The Velvets anywhere in sight...

Thanks for the post anyway, I always liked this song... in fact I think it's the best song on that first Lou Reed solo album
