  • These things are FUN. The way I did these (and managed to get up to 200 at a time, in a row, without straining myself at all) was LITERALLY do one, then add another on top of it every single day. It adds up before you know it. I never did the hand weight thing, but I do have a weighted vest that I put on my back to use these with. Hope this helps!

  • they work the thighs. i do them, about 45 among other things for a light 15 minute workout if i'm really really short on time. they take a bit of effort. I know 15 min isn't much but it's better than doing nothing, especially when i'm super short on time.
