i havent shot an ilua yet..but i know of some houses from my granpas stroy vaults.. ima check em out...my friend just shot a 32lb one though...bent his shaft like a friggin' pretzel...
I remember try to catch ulua on a fishing pole, I used frozen smelt (buy it at wallmart), ulua and papio love this stuff, only problem was I never had a strong enough pole or strong enough line to reel him in. he would either snap my line or spool me.

DAT SUCKS. least you get one pineapple. did the end of the shaft or the barbed part go all the way through the fish? looks like you shot it and it was jus kinda in there. head and gill plates super hard. everybody i talked to said shoot main body of mass. eh doesnt matter hes gone now. youll get another chance. i still havent seen one bigger than 5 inches let alone get a chance to shoot one, so awesome.
