drive them in a large fan motion and encircle the opponents base. be sure to have some air dominance and press the attack towards the center. then park the fatboys and have them build at least 5 T3 eng, each, which then builds T3 sheilds, AA turrets and healing stations+T2/3 turrets and some extra art. pieces.

if they overlap eachother, the enemy can't escape your trap.

Tech 3 bombers are a pain in the rear.

Shooting them down is as irritating as crap.

AYSK (Also, You Should Know) a good base defense plan for the Aeon.

Build two Experimental "Paragons" and use their 10,000 energy generators to build a crapload of shields.

A base without shields is dead.. I usually use 4, one in the middle( assisted by about 16 engineers) and 3 more in the corners(usually also assisted if the battle is hard). I resisted 3 experimental bombers, and 4 assault bots with this :)

UEF is really awesome in defending. If you make a good defence, even experimental assault unit can't even break it. That's why UEF's experimentals are an game-ender unit like satellite or Heavy Artillery and that experimental factory also use for defending coz it make unit 3x faster...

some ppl dont defend dont even build shields becose they think their ofence is THAT good but if you make a squadrom of fighters and bombers get there undetected he gets destroyed pretty fast.

lol I dont do offense unless I think I got a nice group fast enough that he cant easily defend or unless I know I can flank him, I've flanked with just 15 tech 3 assault bots on an enemy before and waited for my artillary to pin his forces and or destroy most of his ground defences then attacked with them from behind and destroy his commander, let the artillary take out the remains of his base/buildings and such. I've even stopped a full scale air assault on my base with my antiair defence alone

I barely use altilery. I prefer to wipe out my oponent with units personaly I think that artilery (t3-4) is a bit cowardly way to win.

Also I enjoin droping squad of 10+ t3 units near to his base where there are weakest defences to blow up some mass/commander/gate anything that can slow the progress a bit

ok yeah i'll admit using artillary is a tag screwed up on my part but it doesnt matter anyway lol, cuz even if I didnt use it my base defences always end up protecting my base from everything EXCEpT enemy artilary hell i'll tell you right now, what you just said wouldnt work on me, Your best bet would be to scout a spot in a corner to get behind my base, to see what defences are there, use artilary to take out those defences from long range and sneak in the back flanking me, (I use ALLOT of D )

When you assault the enemy base with the Soul Rippers at around 1:40 may be you should fly them over the base. So when your EXs are shot downed, they still be taking an entire corner of your enemy's base. But if you're just toying around with the enemy's base then this video is good.

But mavor is extremally acurate. Properly used, it can pwn an army (not by shooting at them, but at ground in front, where they're moving).

And even if you have t3 shields it can hurt (especially if supported by normal t3 [or even t2] artillery).
