I was just waiting for them to say "Chrysler 200 consumes less fuel too" but it never came. Ford Fusion is actually better than this piece of shit, Ford doesn't even have to worry.

Extremely biased. Comparing the less powerful BASE Fusion with TOP TIER choice for the 200? Be fair and compare the top tier fusion SPORT to the top tier 200 and then make a video. Either way Ford cars are some of the best out there. They have really built a great reputation for themselves.
Um this was just a couple tests. There missing a bunch other major test needed to make a better decision on which is better. Oh and is this the 2012 fusion?? or the older one. Could make a difference
I would like to know 'which' SEL model of the fusion there using. There is an inline 4 cylinder SEL and a V6 SEL model for the fusion. If both cars are being compared using the V6 model of each I call that fair. But it is never revealed in the video.

The reason why they didn't show the car's performance or handling is simply because it don't have it. It'll be business as usual with heavy front end, stiffened steering, and lagging brakes. More poser luxury than real luxury and little to no performance, handling, or corners.

I own a Chrysler 200, and for me, most of these vehicles all do the same thing, and I could care less of the one car was a millisecond faster than the competitor! I test drove most of the mid-size sedans, and decided the Fusion was just as good as the Chrysler, but a loaded 200 came in about $4000 less than the loaded Ford. All this u-tube stuff take with a grain of salt, and test drive them for yourself. I am very happy with the 200, and would have enjoyed the Fusion as well.
The Chrysler 200 with the Pentastar V6 is best in class in HP even when compared to the Fusion Sport model. However stay away from the 2.7 engine on the 200. That engine with the 4 speed tranny sucks ass! If you are getting the 200 get the Limited or don't buy one at all!

Fusions a better looking car, and has a hybrid model. If I'm going to look seriously at the 200 I need either a 4 banger with a turbo doing 200HP hp to compete with the Civic SI or Cobolt SS. If you did want to compare the 200 to the Taurus just by engine choice alone the Taurus also has a 3.5L(very similar to the one in the Fusion) and the base MSRP is $25,555 + destination of $795 = $26,350 compared to the 200 Limited with 3.6L V6 option totaling $26,490. So if the engine was the only thing you would want for comparison their wouldn't be much deference in price for those 2 vehicles even though one is bigger.
@Adas7432 It doesn't work that way. With ABS braking an equal amount of pressure is placed on the brakes...unless the driver completely pulls up on the braking pressure(doubtful) the test is accurate.
Really Chysler?! Comparing a brand new 283 3.6L to an older 240hp 3.0L. Of coarse it is going to be faster. Try doing a real comparison by getting the Fusion Sport model and do the drag/slalom/braking tests then. I've lost some respect for your company today. >_<

This needs to be done by a non-biased driver. I could brake harder on a Fusion and less on a 200 and say the Fusion brakes better.

@Adas7432 It doesn't work that way. With ABS braking an equal amount of pressure is placed on the brakes...unless the driver completely pulls up on the braking pressure(doubtful) the test is accurate.

Really Chysler?! Comparing a brand new 283 3.6L to an older 240hp 3.0L. Of coarse it is going to be faster. Try doing a real comparison by getting the Fusion Sport model and do the drag/slalom/braking tests then. I've lost some respect for your company today. >_<

@carmgn96 I am assuming they are doing the comparison this way because they want to say "We are better than...". This is somewhat of an apples oranges comparison. Cliche' but that's what it is.
