Yes. That is a male. I can't help but think the guy was gonna do his ORIGINAL CHAR DONT STEAL with moves from Rugal/K'/Kula/God knows who else but then saw the swarm of Kula butcheries and saw the opportunity to be a bandwagoner AND to shock people.

If not for that I would honestly see this character being edited from Rock. Would still suck.
