I have just finished watching this episode a few minutes ago. That jerk Pinto pissed me the hell off man!! I just wantd to grab his smug face and shove him against a wall or through a window and tell him to get the fuck out of my restarant. Also I was smiling when the waiter told his boss what he felt about the situation. Maybe he was a bit out of line, I don't think he was....but I'm sure in the back of the owner's mind he was saying,"He is right though..."

Most exec chefs can't cook, they aren't supposed to be cooking anyway, thats why they are called "executive". Their skills are more administrative, but typically head chefs want to call themselves executive chef before they have developed the skills.
