You are a skateborder right? So i expect out of anybody, you would know the diffence between fakie, switch and spinning different directions. Cause its much harder to tell the difference between a kickflip vs heelflip than it is a fakie tru spin acid then a regular true spin acid. Ones backwards and the other one is foward. And not to mention the last one was 5 instead of 360 spin. To equal what he did on a skateboard you would have to do a flip trick to 8 grinds down that handrail.

If you're a beginner then i would recommend something in between, like 54-55. Larger wheels roll much smoother & last much longer, but smaller wheels are a lot better for grinding. Everyone's taste is different in wheels, you may find that you like smaller or larger ones, but until you get a good sense for what you like it's good to split the difference. I prefer smaller wheels myself, but I skate a lot of ledges & do a lot of cess slides. Eulogy & 4x4 are both excellent brands. Hope that helps
