How come it doesnt work on the last two brake applications?

It is designed to stop the pulsing feature after a few repeated applications -this to avoid "over use" in stop-n-go traffic. The pulsing feature reactives after a short time.

because they added a new feature that stops repetative flashing when in stop-go traffic conditions. it would annoy the other drivers.

@mikeyisace07 It takes around 10 seconds with the foot off the brake to make it pulse again. keeps you from pissing off the person behind you

I own a cooper,, if the car isn't "gay" enough this is an idiotic upgrade... How about they make a pulsing plant vase for the mini? Or when u hit the brake a "used condom" flies out of the tailpipe?

totally useless comment. The 3rd light needs a new dimension to be effective in warning others you are braking. The next time your rear ended you'll wonder if this could have avoided the issue.
