It shouldn't even be an MMO. The only thing it does well is customization. Everything else other games do much better and without a monthly fee. If you play the game for 5 hours it's missions are exactly the same as if you had played the game for several hundred hours. It desperately needs content and a feeling of progression. Match making is horrible. I'm a rank 215 with upgrades and I routinely get matched against rank 60 players. It's boring for me and aggravating for them.

Seriously I don't think many new players will enjoy being target practice for very long it's not even a contest once you get a bunch of upgrades. A player can shoot me 30 times I turn around shoot them 5 times and they are dead. Now think of how that makes the new player feel? The game is a race for the upgrades and once you have them skill isn't necessary because the match making is so off. The game has it's fun moments depending on your group. But otherwise it's just not worth the money.

I played in the KTTC and then the VIP early access and now the 50 hours that came with the game and I've already deleted my characters and uninstalled the game. I had 70 hours with the game and nothing ever changed it was always go here push F, go stand over here for a few seconds, shoot some people along the way. blah. I hope TOR don't disappoint.

Yeah I know what you mean about disappointment. I looked forward to it for a couple of years. But for now it's a pass. Hopefully soon it gets more stuff to do and It gets some balance to it. I don't know if the game will even live long enough for that to happen though. I was in a 46 member clan and pretty much all of them have stopped logging in once their 50 hours run out. It's just not worth the monthly fee.
