The FMOTL sovereign person argument is just that, It's an argument. I've seen many people argue and fail. I've seen no real proof of any success stories.

The problem is as a minority you have less rights in society. You can't claim not to belong because society will always force their views on you. You can agree to disagree but the judge will still throw your ass in jail while the news papers make you out to be a lunatic. Your argument goes by the letter of the act but courts favour the spirit!

Who are the TRUSTEE(s), ADMINISTRATOR(s), and SHAREHOLDER(s) as in trustlaw?

I only know of a borrower, a lender, and a seller (previous owner).

Retiring the Principal, claiming ownership of the NOTE and remaining in possesion of your property is a Maze of paperwork (most of which the borrower never see).

I am testing the Court system as well with my own head on the block, I have been arrested under a Quasi name but once in Court all I can do is ask the Magistrate to give me the lawful ability to represent the Quasi name to settle debt or pay my Compensation-Damage fee to act as trustee for the false name on the charge. I have had the magistrates leave the courtroom 5 times and not one charge has ever been issued to my correct lawful name. Even the judge sits on the bench under a false name.

In regard to the "President/CEO" over the legal name.. Doesn't the Pres, have to have an oath of office to be in this position as required by law of commerce? And doesn't the Oath of office, create the gov, relationship?

I would be happier saying King, Lord over my body, or King, Lord of this "creation" as the legal name is a creation. hmmmm

@gorgeousdzastr No, the oath is only for agents of the government. What possible oath could be required for you to be the Director of your own creation? Who could compel that from you? How could being the director of your legal person, that you created, possibly bind you to another party? Not a chance.

I believe this to be wrong. Imagine a Will. The Testator is the Grantor. He leaves his property to his heirs who are the beneficiaries. However some or all of those heirs are also executors. Not only, that, but they hold the property in trust for themselves and the other beneficiaries. They are therefore both Trustee/Executors and Bfs
