This was and still a fine tune. back in the day(here we go again) on the floor at Spankys and in Malibu out on Long island this would come on i swore the bldg shook! then someone figured out that there was a 12" or extended of this... can you imagine? this song for 9 minutes? life could not get any better. richard blade on sat radio said the other day that Billy Idol was supposed to do it first and turned it down.. glad he did!

I know it's not supposed to be used that way, but it's a great song to riff on an ending of a film or a traditionally sad moment in a movie because the introductory vocals are so 'inappropriate' for that sad mood oftentimes... even though the rest of the song is pretty bittersweet as a whole.
