i agree... dont think water vapor and electronics are a good combination...plus water vapor running constantly on ur skin and all over the house... could cause some serious mold problems..ihihiiihihi theres gotta be a better idea... what about some of those gas used in nightclubs.. or maybe some kinda less-dense harmless plasma screen..im jsut saying
jajaja , both of you are wrong, it dosent work with water vapor, it work with helio, becouse it is like O2, it is invisible but it has a diferent density so the light is reflected. Its like , when the street is too hot , changes the densitiy of the air around, and becomes a little bit visible.
Those interested in 3D "hologram-like" display should look at the recent reasearch at AIST, search for "aist 3d display" on a search engine and take a look.
By "flat screen" I meant "condensed water vapor".. I meant that it's not 3d, not even close.. It's just a lame movie projection, and because it's only projecting light, the dark areas are empty.... Like when batman signals in the sky :D
Anyway, can't wait to see a 3d hologram for the first time...
It's pretty easy tech actually :P
I wonder when they'll make working holograms. And if they ever manage to make it work.

they should try to get the projector closer to the display, maybe even under it at little bit of an angle.

@theoriginalJASONXYZ Or just use a touch-screen, camera glass Wedge(TM) display with stereoscopic 3D by headtracking from Microsoft.

lol it is still a form of vapor condensation and vapor in a sense that it comes from O2..lol

@rickytberumen wow dude, so far you are the only guy who has made sense in this whole commentary.

doesnt the water vapor run out in due time, and it might sound silly but i don't think water and electronics are a good mix

check out what's being done with spinning mirrors
Who knows, true 3d holograms may be down the road.
