No Kobe is also a better free throw shooter. And if you actually considered thinking about the rest of the Lakers and the Heat, you'd realize why Kobe had to take more shots AND play more minutes seeing as how other than him and Odom, the rest of the Laers are mediocer.

can you take in point the heat are playing the east? or shall i say pussy division, where losing records earn spots in the playoffs? the heat play a lot of zones too, which allow wade to help on the weakside...the lakers play only man, full-court man, and some traps.
wade should have more assist and steals because he has teamates who can finish and defend unlike kobe' lakers, kobe is left to shoulder the burden.

Other than the blocks and points, those stats are not one sided. And the amount of talent in the Lakers and the fact they need a good offensive output compensates for the FG% of Kobe.

Oh and Wade also had better assists because he has BETTER teamate to pass TO. Generally, the Heat are more experienced and are better than the Lakers since other hank Kobe and Lamar, the rest of them are new.
In short, his TEAM allowed him to get his stats, Kobe on the other hand also has/had the opportunity to achieve better stats, only he has to carry his team as well.

Wade is a great player and athlete, but to say he's better than Kobe at this point is premature. At 24 years old now wade is obviously better than Kobe was at 24. But kobe has improved his game alot. Kobe has a better perimeter game and ball handling skills. Wade is better going to the basket strong and has much stronger position defense, kobe tends to reach. I think wade can be better in the future if he keeps improving his game.
