    1st of all maybe you should leave bicep alone and focus on other parts of the body like you back ,shoulders, legs

    2nd if you already doing these idiotic workout at least make the best of it

    when you do your curls ,when your arms going down, you move your elbows back thus you drop the weight half the way and didnt even use the bicep, and all the other exercise do them with sets and until failure

    and last get a freaking gym membership listen to the trainers, listen to scooby:D

  • Maybe this kid would grow if he didnt train his biceps all the time, a muscle takes about 5-7 days to recover and during that time you need to be taking in a sufficent amount of protien and giving the muscle rest. This kid wont grow because he has terrible form and lifts with the heaviest weight he can and slings it up without even working out his targeted muscle group. His curls look like a full body workout

  • When I first started working out I didn't have any idea what I was doing either, but your routine needs extreme work. You don't look like you do anything but abs and biceps and those push ups you are doing are almost 100% shoulders and abs. You need to have a balanced physique and do everything. And also, eat more.

  • I think people should judge proportionally - regardless of muscle mass and fat, he can do planche push ups. I don't work out, but I can do a pretty decent planche, and I look more muscular than him. The looks are also up to genetics. Before hating, remember that in the long run, it's every man for himself, and this kid is pretty well off devoid of us.

  • Keep in mind he's 16 in the vid so of course he's not going to have the mass of a 30 year old bodybuilder. Just because he isn't the size of a tank doesn't mean he's not strong or physically fit, there are plenty of ways to skin a cat in personal fitness. He has a good muscle to body weight ratio which is hard to achieve regardless of your weight.

    That's true, but he clearly does have some basic strength if he can do planche push ups. Having a high concentration of lactic acid in the muscles will only improve his anaerobic threshold and may improve strength and/or speed endurance to an extent.

    I never said he was that great. All I said was that he could do planche push ups and was defined rather than just bulk, which is pretty easy to get in comparison. Do you have a video of your planche push ups? How long did it take you to get them? Did you start with the basic pseudo-planche push ups and then move onto more difficult ones like the straddle?
