@samuelmf Those are called fingerpicks (in plastic here, metal exists too). They work like a plectrum, only these fingerpicks are wrapped around the end of the fingers which you can use all at the same time; where as the plectrum is held between the thumb and finger and only one can be used. His style of playing the guitar is called "fingerpicking" (whether you use the plastic fingerpicks or not).

I am happy to say that i own a lakewood guitar. I had 2 custom hard shell cases made for them (one for the guitar, and the 2nd one for the guitar case holding the guitar) It cost me my savings from the past 5 years. and It was worth every single penny! @Adrianzorz they are picks that are designed to fit onto ur fingers so u dont have to hold a pick. really cool and useful actually but can wreck ur guitar strings if u dont u them correctly and if you dont have a guitar suited for em so ask a store clerk before you buy :)
