Is windows XP better then Se7en because i have windows XP and i get 5-15 FPS on GTA IV :/ maybe with 7 it can be more ?

I had 4 FPS in SA in XP, and about 12 in Windows 7.

I don't understand how you run games on this device. I have asus 1201HA with same properties-atom z520, intel gma 500..., but i can't even run a simple games, like a GTA vice city or NFS underground. Help me please))

Actually Vice City runs more slowly than San Andreas on my netbook.
