I am not sure how reiki works but you can cleanse chakras through meditation, when you imagine your chakras and then spinning them faster and cleansing them until they are bright and turning fast. When you cleanse them, you will feel much more 'in the flow' .
My crown chakra is blockked, and my throat chakra was ripped off some years ago, I was about to choke, it felt like I had huge stone in my throat for like week before I got over it.

It is okay the explanation, but during channeling...Reiki WE DON'T TALK. I assume..she is ONLY showing..how to do it. I am a Reiki Master...! Namaste
