@vexion15 Well, I don't use them myself but I use prismacolour markers which are similar in the fact that they are both alcohol-based. They do dry kind of quick but when they do you don't tend to see the strokes (depending on how you use them) like you do with regular markers. I find prisma markers easy to use. What I did to practice with them was buy a couple of colours and practice using them. Then when I got better, I bought a pack.

@Utubedabrave I disagree. Even no matter how hard you work you still might not necessarily get it. I've been working hard for seven years (and still continue to) and I haven't been published yet. Getting manga published is VERY hard to do since they are so many people who want to do it and so little demand for it.

@mrssnowball1999 she doesnt use the colourless blender she mentioned she doesnt plus the colourless blender isnt realy a blender you should really only use it if a bit of ur colours gone outside the line i tried blending with it when i first got it and it destroyed my piece she blends by usiung the colours like most people ethier that or thvids a bit blurry and shed be doing a more graphic cartoony look to it cya =3

i noticed that when you're colouring the base colours that it all ends out flat with the same tone. i have the same triangular copic version that you have but my markers dont end out so nice and perfect. i tried to colour with them but when i use them for a flat base tone when the marker overlaps one stroke i made, it gets this dark line over it as with what would happen with something along the lines of crayola markers. Helpful suggestions???

@s165455 your problem is either your colouring too slow or not colouring properly if you colour in a circular motion quickly you should be fine

oh and if ur colouring around something go back and forth between the two areas in which your colourin like around a moth for example ) and keep do it until the two areas your colouring met together if your talkin about bleanding two colour together i recommend laying down you shadows first then going over all of it with the base it blends better

Pretty damn sick how those copics can turn a drawing without much shading and detail into something with a lot of detail. How much experience do u have using those markers? I been wanting to get some of those but I know I will suck at using em at first. Where or who taught how to do that stuff?
