I like a big wheel with a low-pro tire but only up to a point. As soon as the car has to gain ground clearance to clear the tires, it starts to look overdone IMO.
From economical standpoint upgrading a car via Rims and TV's are cheaper than putting a supercharger or turbo in the engine. Engine upgrades severely reduce the mpg to about 6-9, you take it from an everyday driver to only a once in awhile driver. Maintenance cost for Superchargers, turbos and engine cost are also through the roof..more expensive than putting 24's on an Impala. A certain race of people need to stop bitching about what Black people do cause their shit is worse or just as worse

not trying to offend your taste in rims but I actually think you'd get better acceleration and gas mileage from some smaller sized rims... and if you had smaller rims you could fit some higher profile tires on em (I'd say get some classy white walls) and that would make it more comfortable as well. The higher profile tires you can fit the better they absorb the shocks. I think some 16's would look awesome on this cutty (I'm an oldsmobile owner myself :D)

umm unless it's a swap no Oldsmobile EVER came with a 454. if there's a chev 454 under the hood, what a shame. the Olds/Buick/Pontiac 455's are such better engines.
@DJM442 i have both motors. the 455 isnt that great. has a lot of issues that must be corrected to live at any respectable power level. chevy big blocks are hard pressed to beat even by a hemi. my race car is bone stock besides a cam ,intake, carb. and runs 6.90s in the 1/8th mile. notice i said BONE STOCK... no trick parts. just a better design

@DJM442 the 350 is a mid size block so you could say its a small block. if you measure the distance from side to side on the intake manifold it would be one inch or so narrower than the same distance on a 455. hence why a 330-350-403 will not fit a 400-425-455 big block olds... make sure you get a flat top piston and not a dish. there is a factory dish available but i can not find it. so my 70 #6 heads have 64cc chambers with a factory HUGE dish = 8.2 compression. with a flat 9.8
Not a fan of the style, but looks like that motor pulls good even with the few hundred extra pounds of those wheels and lift. Even if you didn't necessarily do the work yourself, still nice to see an clean engine bay to match the paint. Good shit.
