It is the senate version HR 3962. Pg 94 talks about private policies. It is hard to get through because they (for some reason) cant make it in lay terms. What i get from it is policies will not be allowed outside the Health Insurance Exchange that was created by the govt. Hence subject to rules of the exchange. It is a hard read, but I have found some websites for and against. The thing I came away with though, is why have such a tentacled piece of legislation.

So with that in mind, of course the CBO will grade it neutral with THREE years revenue built from the taxes put on us and cuts to medicare.
