I beat this game on the hardest difficulty setting with Bullet and King Tai Chi. I kick ass with those 2 guys in this game! I still need to beat this game with the other fighters but i'm working on it.

You can play as those boss characters, but the only way I found is to replace files on the drive with some other characters :)

And if you finish with highest difficulty, the final group picture will be more HC :)

I had this game on my computer when I was in middle school around the time Street Frighter 2 was at its peak of popularity. The kid who gave it to me told me it was Street Frighter 3.  I believed him, as did everybody I showed it to. None of us spoke any language other than English, so it seemed feasable.

Overall, I don't remember it being that bad of a game. Way better than the PC version of the original Street Fighter that I had as well.
