I have a 15 year old male cocker that did this when he was a puppy but not as an adult... But now that he's a geezer you can pat his back and he spazzes out like this more than ever. I love em!

When you do that you scratch an itch and their leg goes like they are scratching. It's so cute, bless

my cocker spaniel is about 5 yrs old and he still does that, could it be when you rub thier belly, you catch a nerve?
