Why wont you show a fake exploded bus, or an exploded restaurant. Or a fake sucide bomber calling for the death of Jews and any other non muslims while wearing an explosive belt. This is completely symbolic. The duck tape on the mouths represent the Palestinians not having any voice for example. It is more subtle than you think.
