one man and his 30w pram! amazing album, i was just walking through the aisle at my local music store, and this album was lying on the floor. so i picked it up to put it on the shelf, and noticed fuck he looks like hendrix!

I hate Hendrix impersonators with a passion!! There was only one and will only ever be one Jimi Hendrix. Just because you're black, play electric guitar (a Strat or Strat copy, of course) and bear a resemblance to Jimi, doesn't make it okay to attempt to ride his coattails to fame and fortune. This guy obviously has talent and I'd be more interested in hearing something that came from his own head and heart, rather than listening to him being a cliche of something that's already been done.

@rodentcafeteria He's busking for a living. Chances are that he's going to make considerably more by playing up to the Hendrix image and doing well known songs. I've seen him live - supporting Jim Jones Revue - and have his album (all original songs). It's retarded to judge from one video on youtube, but I'm sure your mother still loves you.

I have to problem with someone doing Hendrix covers, it's when that person tries to "become" Hendrix is where I have a problem. Isn't Randy Hansen enough? As I said earlier, the guy is obviously talented in his own right, so why put on the Hendrix garb? I'm surprised he's not wearing a bandana (though he probably has several on hand just to complete the "look"). Lewis signed a recording contract a little while ago with a London based record label called Adjust Records. The album, One Man & his 30w Pram is due out later this Autumn.

I've heard the album and it totally rocks! All original tracks,12 of them! Genius
