Thats like saying NHRA Top Fuel dragsters and Funny Cars are horrible to drive because they consume between four and five gallons of fuel during a quarter-mile run. @plum360415 yeah, they do that. A little sugestion. grab a kit from the mopar performanc catalog, 4wd section for kicker shocks on the rear axle. Mopar action did this on the green brick. Controls axle wind up better than a pinnon snubber, allows for more travel and doesn't knock holes in the floor.

My dad had a 66 Charger when I was little that he had restored. It was a wide-block 318, and after some research I discovered it was actually a poly head 318 they used them halfway through 66 model year. Carp bodied Chargers have the coolest interior ever. 4 buckets and a full length console!
