We did the bio bay in Viequez last year along with kayaking the mangroves along with dinner on asecluded beach for $140 each. Worth every cent. In Viequez you can actually swim in the bay. They dont allow swimming in Fajardo.

See the bioluminescent bay is an absolute MUST if you go to PR.

wow if i go there i would love to sneak my camera only 12 megapixel maybe i could get something wish i knew about this when i went there years ago in 4th grade so they wont let you film it at night or take pictures?

The biobays in Vieques and in Fajardo are both incredible examples of the magical beauty of nature. I shot this video in the daytime to show how lovely it is, I would have loved to have shot it at night just don't happen to have a $50,000 camera that can even barely take photos at night!

Kayak tour in Fajardo is $45. and in Vieques is $35. Boat tours slightly more.
