It's great for exploring inlets and caves and playing in the waves/swell. Also easy to beach and get in and out of. Not so good for open sea trips, will probably get the Perception Freedom or similar for longer journeys.

good video ,am thinking of buying one of these ,it seems more than adequate for the sea ,lakes etc ,reading reviews theres always something to put you off ,think il just buy one and adapt to things i dont like!

can the SPK-CXA housing be mounted on a tripod? i´m saving money for a SPK-CXA and want 2 know if it can be mounted on a tripod before i buy one...
