I am glad you found work as well, I have been out of work for about a year myself,and have gotten to the point I'd just as soon hide under a rock, sweet heart you look alittle tired and depressed yourself, Vitamins..munch on a multi vitamins.. echinacea builds the immune system, and vit D or D3 will keep flu away..any vitamins should be taken for 2 weeks then stop for a week.then start back,because your body makes them naturally through foods..Good luck young man You are a blessing
