Hi any ideas as to why after i have programed the yoke and throttle quadrant and i load a flight it all goes to pot and i loss the yokes programing and the time goes starts from 00:00 again?

I have the same setup but with the rudder pedals. And for added realism, I use my old joystick like a tiller unit to taxi the aircraft =D

@ZA1Nable Ehh... I kinda quit doing that because it was such a pain to switch out the stick and pedals before takeoff. I just keep using the rudder pedals for taxiing. But I tried to do the same thing with both the pedals and the stick in USB. But, whenever I twisted the stick, the pedals would snap the rudder back to center. After all, I had two different controls handling the same surface. (Haha.. Scratch that idea)

@airman193 I have two different axis set up to work the rudder and nosewheel. I use pedals when controlling the rudder while flying, and I also control it with an analogue wheel on my x52 throttle when taxiing. If you set up a little deadzone that 'snapping' of the rudder back to center will not happen.

just use the yoke, but make sure you have autorudder on (autorudder turns the plane on the ground if you move the yoke).

It's because you haven't set it. Go to Buttom/keys in controls and pick '' Throttle decrease quickly'' and set it to your reverse.

You can't use the red for the landing gear, but you can use it for the flaps, and you can use the blue one for the spoilers.

You can get the Saitek PL44 ProFlight yoke system as depicted for as low as $140. It's a very good investment, I have one myself. My question to rapbiii: How do you fly comfortably with the yoke so high? Ideally, you want the yoke to be just above-level to your navel. I used small L-brackets (Two front, one back) and short wood screws to mount mine under the desk platform, makes flying easier and much more comfortable.

to fix the chat box problem open fsinn small box in xp then close it and open fs x as normal and that should fix the problem mate hope it works if u need help search on google as the title fsinn chatbox problem or somethin hope it works, best of luck long live vatsim!
