Just to note.  Philips does have 6000K bulbs as part of the Ultinon line. This is since I use Philips Ultinon 6000K bulbs in my car.

@twin5761 there really isent a difference i have a subaru that uses D2S in its OEM projectors currently theres OSRAM in my subaru but in my other car with OEM HID (its the same make and modol) its using phillips i see no difference in their light output or quality i like the both so no matter what ones you choose wether there the osram xenarc 66040 or the phillips 85122+ your going to have the same light output though i dont reccamend having one phillips and one osram there colors may not match

What do you think of the Osram CBI bulbs? They claim they have the light output of 4300k with the color of 5000k. That seems like a contradiction.

I'm considering those as compared to 5000k Morimoto bulbs.

seriously, he never once point out the significant difference of why the morimoto is half the price of the Philips.
