Love Timba but I am not impressed with this remix. Janet's vocal rhythms don't match his beats. Missy's rap is decent, short and to the point but nothing special. The mixing near the end of the song is only thing really special about this remix.

@kooljuice93 Yeah found it! I have to say I disagree. I think this is one of Timbaland's best remixes. He didn't just slightly re-jig the original. It's a bonafide remix in the sense it stands on its own- a re-imagining of the song if you will. Bassline is fantastic too. Missy's raps were always a bit hit and miss anyway. This song in general was quite underrated. Still sounds so good. Had it on cassette single but not 100% sure what happened to it.
