Is there corruption - yes. But the biggest part of corruption is that western corporations are allowed to keep all the profits.
This is where the money goes - to the West. Every year, Africa sends the West 1,000 billion in raw materials, and receives 250 billion in 'donor aid' no taxes, no shared profits (which western corporations avoid being taxed on in the first place).

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?
It goes to Shell and BP, in the case of Nigeria.
