As a fellow open-hand drummer, I gotta commend you. As a lover of rabbit costume-wearing musicians, I commend you even more. Verrry good stuff. 99.999% covers on the interweb are not as good,and there aren't usually ANY style changes. To be able to piggyback the Pastachio Medley like you did, well, take a bow. You know the actual name of this song is PASTICHIO MEDLEY coming from the word Pastiche which means a dramatic, literary, or musical piece openly imitating the previous works of other artists, often with satirical intent. I love this song though and this video is sweet. we should jam.

Oh I agree 100% Although there is hope. At first I thought the only full versions were on the gravity demos but slowly but surely I'm finding full versions of other Pistachio songs. I just found the full version of Depresso. That was one of my favorites on Pistachio and it's cool to hear the full thing. Keep looking, they'll turn up eventually

this is incredibly fucking awesome, mostly due to song choice.

a million props for selecting pastichio medley. i used to do this with guitar.

this has always been one of my favourite sp tracks, i think it really portrays such a vast array of the pumpkins sound creating a broad spectrum of emotion and talent.

also, the bunny suit and angle and sound was all fantastic. it was great audio, you've managed not to drone the original track out with drums which deserves kudos as well.

p.s. also, and this probably warrants much criticism... but anyone that attempts to cover jimmys drumming deserves much respect. i personally always felt jimmy was and is an incredible and amazing talent and definitely is/was a major role in the pumpkins success. like maybe 40%, which is certainly opinion, but i think credit deserves to be granted to the deserving.

What type of room you wanna play in, how big the room is, what's the room made out of. And then what effects you want on it. The list goes on and on. So many different things to play with. Plus, hitting the snare towards the edges makes a more open sound than the centre. Plus the rim of it. Sounds confusing but it's fine if you just turn the damn thing on and rock out without screwing around with it

Haha thanks everyone. Yeah, the kit is a Roland TD-10. I added 2 extra cymbals to it. I really recommend them. SO many different things you can do with it, how deep you want your snare, what skin type, what shell, what mic, where you want the mic placed, how much muffling on it, how tight you want your snares, how you want to tune it
