Can you name me some game making engines caue I used to use one but I don't think it was rpg maker but fun time making a game that you know you would wanna play!
Haven't played a good old 2d rpg in a long while, and have been looking for an rpg maker game that is not too short (I recently tried a blurred line, but it was too short and part 2 is still nowhere to be seen), I am looking for at least a few months play time and not just a game you can complete in a day. If you promise to deliver that, I will definently play it.

@MrAymanProductions There is more to it than just drawing pictures, he has animated himself too (and a lot better than some of the animations that come with rpg maker I might add). If hes spent 2 years on it I am pretty sure he has custom scripts set up for battle sequences and story elements. Maybe even thrown in mini games. Graphics dont mean anything, I have played final fantasy 7 at least 9 times, I played final fantasy 13 once and didnt even finish because square sold out.

As long as the game is fun, it'll be played. While I doubt this'll become a huge hit, I do think there's some promise within it. I'd still have to play it before determining anything.
This isn't a question of "well what have you done", but I honestly wouldn't play this. This is the 21st century. No one wants to play these sorts of games anymore.

I used the outdated but still awesome RM2k3, you can see some of the videos on my channel, they're some of the older videos, and my game never meant to be serious, it was just a game I made to poke fun at all of the little things we hated in games... ;)

You should do something along the lines of "Dungeon Hunter" (iOS) next, with 3D graphics and a little blood effects can never go amiss. You could be really good. Consider contacting someone at Bethesda to test this game once you release it.

@awesomeiguy Well, I'm doing 95% of the work. There are some amazing people helping me with sprites (NPC's, enemies etc), scripts (systems) and music/sound effects.

@notlistening118. Not really, becuase you can't choose which race you are. You can choose from which region you're from and your birthsign. They affect the way some people react to you. The birthsigns are: Warrior, Magician, Guardian, Priest, Rogue.
Almost dead, beat-up and bleeding you wake up in the forest with no idea who you are and why you're there. Luckily you're found and brought to a town. You find someone who strangely enough knows you, and he tells you who you are and what just happened. There's a war between 4 different clans, this war is about The Orb of Truth.
@InvasiveA Thanks man, but can you see I'm just starting out?? Believe me I'm not, I know and use every single aspect of RPG Maker, and I even make my own. Play my game (or demo, still to be released) and see if it changes your mind.

I played The Elder Scrolls: Arena and Daggerfall a few days ago and despiste their old graphics (15 years ago), I though they were truly amazing games. Am I going to try this? Why not?
@snapaholic1 I've been busy with the story for a very long time. Main quests are the story, and to kind of explain the difference between main quest and side quest: 1 main quest equals 5-15 side-quests.
The game has various stories: every town/locations has it's own.

If (many people) think the game needs something, I will try my best to not dissappoint people. I'm still considering about what I'll show. There's one thing I'm sure about: I'm not going to show a lot of the story, so you'll play some side-quests and roam a piece of land. I'm gonna show you the originallity...
@Yugioh745 and combat. It's hard to make a demo for a RPG like this. I can't show every feature in the game, the game is too big for that. I still try to squeeze in as much as possible. I really want to know how people feel about my game, is it worth purchasing? Are there some unwanted features? Are there features missing?

@notlistening118. Not really, becuase you can't choose which race you are. You can choose from which region you're from and your birthsign. They affect the way some people react to you. The birthsigns are: Warrior, Magician, Guardian, Priest, Rogue.

Almost dead, beat-up and bleeding you wake up in the forest with no idea who you are and why you're there. Luckily you're found and brought to a town. You find someone who strangely enough knows you, and he tells you who you are and what just happened. There's a war between 4 different clans, this war is about The Orb of Truth.

hide and skin from animals, plants etc.

@MrAymanProductions Really awesome job with the game. If you used the UDK kit you could make some really awesome games. You should download it if you haven't already. Also yeh i apreciate how much effort is put into a game, unlike that idiot. You have done a really good job in my opinion. But with the UDK kit you could create a game like this on a bettre graphical scale, imagine how awesome that would be. That would require alot more work, but i believe you could do it : )

@snapaholic1 I've been busy with the story for a very long time. Main quests are the story, and to kind of explain the difference between main quest and side quest: 1 main quest equals 5-15 side-quests.
The game has various stories: every town/locations has it's own.

@Yugioh745 Yes, I'll make a demo before the game comes out. Everyone gets to try the demo and I'll see how people think about it. If people find mistakes/glitches, I'll remove those. If (many people) think the game needs something, I will try my best to not dissappoint people. I'm still considering about what I'll show. There's one thing I'm sure about: I'm not going to show a lot of the story, so you'll play some side-quests and roam a piece of land. I'm gonna show you the originallity...

@Yugioh745 and combat. It's hard to make a demo for a RPG like this. I can't show every feature in the game, the game is too big for that. I still try to squeeze in as much as possible. I really want to know how people feel about my game, is it worth purchasing? Are there some unwanted features? Are there features missing?
