No Officer can give a lawful order to do an unlawful act. If the President of the USA himself asked a Soldier to kill the Vice President in cold blood the soldier would have to arrest the President and start impeachment proceedings. And there was no Atheism before Darwin negated the existance of a Devine Creator (in his opinion) and affirmed the theory of evolution. So both Agnosticism and Atheism are derived from the teachings of Darwin, as Islam, Christianity and Judaism are Abrahamic.

I'm not even American pal. I'm from New Zealand. But I am an American citizen now and serve in the US Army. Have you lived here? Do you really know what it's like aside from the shit you have been force fed and is manifested in your stale observations? I've been here ten years and not had a single problem. Im IN the Army, a journalist and the amount of positive things we do would be inconceivable to a person like you who forces yourself to believe what you think is true.

You started well and then became slightly abusive.What your failing to see is i'm not stupid and do not see all Americans as killers and gang members.Of course the vast majority of Americans are good law abiding people but i hate the attitude of we can do no wrong and it's everyone elses fault.I have not stayed in the US but i have been to Detroit while staying over the border in canada.Also been to New York while visiting family(who are now deceased).What shit have i been force fed??

Your 'force fed' opinion that the US Army is some type of inhuman machine which rolls over insignificant countries and does more harm than good. Nobody I know thinks America can do no wrong or blames anyone else. You need to see it from another point of view. I know yours. I probably believed it to an extent once but it's all a myth and just another stereotype, much how Scotland is a cold, bleak, desolate country with football sides who fail miserably in Europe.

Apart from Rangers last season we do fail miserably in Europe so it's no myth..I can see the point of view of the Americans cos every American i have met has been polite and very courteous and fiercly proud of their country..I do believe though that in the US army there are guys who still think they're cowboys and have this arrogant attitude towards the world that America ansd Americans are superior than the rest which as you should knoe coming from a small country can really stick in the throat

Fucking generals and their stupid ignorant orders to kill such a beatuiful innocent people! I have been in Vietnam and they are the most non assuming peaceful friendly people I have ever met. I cried leaving there because I fell in love with the country. Yes the soldiers had to carry out orders or probably be shot, yes they were brain washed to hate Vietnamese, high, they lived in shitty conditions for years..If we were in the same shoes would we do the same? No Officer can give a lawful order to do an unlawful act. If the President of the USA himself asked a Soldier to kill the Vice President in cold blood the soldier would have to arrest the President and start impeachment proceedings. That WOULD be OBEYING standing orders. Orders must be, from a legal superiour, about Military business, within national and international law.
If you were to accept the non military, illegal suggestion to murder, you would be doing it as a suggestible civilian.

Maybe. Maybe not. I don't know. Maybe living through the guilt of what they did and living through the nightmares was their sentence. Look at Varnado Simpson in this documentary, he is a shell of a man who is haunted by what he did. He had to live through that for years for what he did.
