HD SUPER FAST DRIVE down Mt Evans 5X Normal Speed High Definition

I drove this last summer...at midnight! Saw white mountain goats. Sure it's the highest paved road in the United States...though barely paved and in some places barely a road. I think the road up Pikes Peak is at least graded better. But then, it's been 30 years or more since I was up there.

The first time I drove up and down Mt. Evans was shortly after getting my license at 16 and in a stick shift... My god I needed a xanax! Some of the drops are insane.

i rode up last september, on the day they closed the road to cars at summit lake, and had the road to myself. spectacular.
