what expansions should i get, are some not worth getting? and i heard like u cant talk to ur frinds if there playing a diff expansion so there like a completly different game, is this true?
the expansions are factions, nightfall, eye of the north. i have factions and nf getting eye OT north soon. whoever u heard that u cant talk to a friend on a differant expansion is bullshit. you can talk to anyone everywhere all the time. assuming you have the original guild wars. i encourage you to get factions, or eotn (eye of the north) becuz of the extra missions and mini games and specifically faction battles. get nightfall if you want to build on your existing skills or get 2 new profsions

Nightfall is long and some what entertaining and it has my favorite class (Dervish) but you have to fight a lot for sunspear points and Prophecies is just all around a great game but getting to level 20 takes FOREVER.

Agreed. As a personal owner of both Prophecies and Factions, I began to realize that having every fuckin' area INSTANCED was completely stupid. yea but if they did have 999dmg skillz they proably could only be ued in arenas that had lots of people and whne u use skill it takes 300hp from ur hp ..thats the only way it could be fair

none. its the expansion to prophecies i think, and so if you are any profession, and you buy eotn, you go there and you are that profession.
