if there is a sequal my guess will be that your doctor Phillip trying to escape and destroy the new outbreak and i bet that the infected sergei will be a boss, for the people who do not know what im talking about play the game watch the real ending which is cut out for a reason unknown

@Falloutfan961 When you get the vision sequence with the female covered in yellow that tells you to just let it in, instead of shooting her, let the eyeball things surround you. You'll die as normal (netted me 'Possessed' AND 'One of Us' at the same time) but in a way that it's like you gave up and let the madness take over.

I finished it long time age, when it wasn't on newgrounds yet, You know I saw the new ending when I replayed it today, It's the sergei talking with doctor. He said JUMP must be stopped and the he was like "Oh shit, no way" And some creature came out of his mouth and his eyes went bloody. Cool anyway...

Any idea how to get 4 stars on the last level. I just completed and decided to earn medals - I got everything except kill 50 cultists, (just a matter of killing a few more along the way) get 4 star on last level and get 4 stars on all levels which will both be earned on completing the last level with 4 stars. Problem is I ran through it and only made a mistake being hit down a couple of platforms due to not seeing in the dark room. I got a respectable 4 min 11 sec but that equates 1 star :(

This is one of themost ground-breaking flash games ever made. It has an amazing atmosphere, with creepy enemies and terrefying bosses, along with a mysterious and forboding story told by computer stations. When playing, I had a constant feeling that I was being watched, and observed...like an ant being watched by a human. Or should I say a human being watched by a GIANT ant? It's like dead space mixed with bioshock mixed with metroid.

@bsdk214 on level 2 if you keep to the upward path you should come to a little 2 way go up (note you need the military suit for the improved jump its the scatter upgrade
