I never really realised it haha xD I guess Spidey webbed Mysterio up and left, it took a while for the police to return, in that while the tinkerer freed him and they replaced him with a robot. In theater there are 4 walls. 2 on the left and right side where the actors usually enter from. 1 is the back wall which usually has the scenery. Lastly is the imaginary wall between the audience and characters. It isn't literally there but figuratively.

By say breaking the 4th wall they know they're fictional and talk to the audience. Spidey @ 1:51 said,"You know to the unblindfolded I'm sure this is all very entertaining...". He's acknowledging us, the audience. Hope that helps.

The whole deal with the spider-sense is that he knows where something is coming from, it gives him slight precognition. What that means to the writers of the show is that he can see what is coming at him, in a sense you could also say that his spider-sense is like Daredevil's sonar, because he gets a sort of map of what is coming at him, but it's easier to show that his spider-sense told him a huge fucking bear is attacking him
